  • What is the venue name, room size, contact liaison, directions, parking and loading instructions?
  • What is the stage size, electrical connections available/sufficient power, sound engineer, etc?
  • What additional facilities are available including enhanced sound system, enhanced lighting, additional microphones for guest speakers, etc?
  • Will there be other featured musicians, vocalists, dance demonstration/instruction, special events, etc?
